What In-Season Workouts Looks Like
Dynamic Warm-Up (10 minutes):
We start with mobility drills and stretches to prepare the body for explosive movements.
Strength Training (50 minutes):
Focused lifting sessions to develop total-body strength, improve power, and enhance on-field performance.
High-Intensity Conditioning (15 minutes): Fast-paced drills to build endurance, speed, and mental toughness—simulating the demands of real football situations.
Our in-season training program is designed to continue building strength and physical resilience through weightlifting and stay springy using plyometrics.
