Summer Speed & Strength Program Application
What the Program Looks Like

Monday & Wednesday

Speed Training (1 Hour):
We start each session with dynamic speed work designed to build acceleration, top-end speed, change of direction, and explosive movement.

Strength Training (1 Hour):
Following speed work, we transition into a structured lifting program to develop explosiveness, stability, and injury resilience.

Saturday (Flex Day)

Each Saturday, we switch gears to focus on other essentials:

  • Performance Testing (40s, Agility Drills, Vertical Jump, etc.)

  • Active Rest & Recovery Sessions

  • Sand Work for Speed & Agility

  • Positional Skill Work

Saturday sessions may end 30 minutes early depending on the activity.

Schedule & Cost

Our summer training program will run every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm - June 30th to August 20th with the exception of July 12 & 14. The cost of this program is $325.

Our Speed & Strength Program is designed to build complete athletes by focusing on both speed and strength development. Here's how a typical week looks:

Is This For You?

Our group sizes will be decreasing from 9 to 6 this year to allow for more 1 on 1 time with each athlete. With this being said, we ask you only sign up if you can commit to coming to a minimum of 14/16 sessions.

This program will be limited to skill positions only.
